As we say goodbye to 2024, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported Inclusive United Community Interest Company this year. It’s been a truly positive year filled with achievements, growth, and impact.
2024 Highlights
Delivering over 200 Inclusive Sport Sessions
This year, we offered a variety of sessions, including inclusive futsal, football, yoga and Pilates-inspired wellbeing, walking football, and various outreach projects. These activities have enriched our participants' lives, fostering friendships, promoting fitness, and providing a meaningful sense of purpose.
Growing our team
Our supported intern graduated to become an Assistant Coach, gaining valuable experience under the fantastic mentorship of our Co-Founder and Director, Hannah Coote.
We introduced our first work experience student and welcomed our first Duke of Edinburgh Award student.
Our team of volunteers and coaches has grown, bringing fresh energy and dedication to every session. Thank you to everyone who has delivered sessions, supported and provided valuable help in the background whilst we continue to grow.
Progress and Friendships
It’s been inspiring to witness participants make incredible strides in skills, confidence, fitness, and coordination. Many participants have built meaningful friendships, even meeting outside of sessions for events and football matches.
Collaboration and Support
We’ve been privileged to work alongside supportive venues, parents, carers, and hardworking support workers who bring participants to our sessions and enrich our community.

Welcome Annie Brewster, High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, and Sarah Greene from Hertfordshire Community Foundation to one of our sessions after being shortlisted for the High Sheriff Awards 2025.
We are excited for 2025 which includes:
Continuing our inclusive football and futsal sessions.
A new program launching in February 2025 thanks to Sport England which will enable us to expand our reach and impact further through inclusive sport and movement.
Supporting our expansion in the Dacorum area and beyond thanks to Community Action Dacorum.
Pilates and Yoga inspired wellbeing classes which will commence again in January with the fantastic Martina Hardy leading these strengthening, relaxing and low impact sessions.
